We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted upon analysis of the item to ensure it is in eligible condition. You must request a return within 15 business days of receiving your order.

Size Exchanges: We offer size exchanges based on stock availability at the time of the request, provided the request is made within 15 business days of receipt.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 15 business days. We will require a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue.

Please note: Returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or incorrect size (outside of size exchange requests) will not be accepted unless the item meets the eligibility criteria above.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at widewest.business@gmail.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of your request.
Kindly write "Return" or "Exchange" in the email subject line to help us process your request faster.

Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with a decision and the return address, if applicable.

Shipping the Return: If your return is approved, you must ship the item to the address provided by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a discount code equal to the full value of your original purchase, which you can use on a new order.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you are requesting a size exchange, please mention this clearly in your email subject. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be processed once the returned item is received and approved.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased on clearance or with discount codes
